We are a local family-owned equipment provider representing quality commercial food service equipment for New England. We carry an extensive amount of inventory located in Woburn, MA just 10 miles from Boston.
For end-users, our mission is to ensure that you have all the information that you need to make an informed buying decision. Whether you are a restaurateur in need of cooking equipment, an ice cream shop needing a freezer, or a tavern owner looking for a beer cooler, we will provide you with specifications. One of our professional dealers will assist you with pricing, delivery, installation and service. We will work with the dealer of your choice or we will recommend one in your local area.

Michael Rogers
As the Vice President of Pioneer Sales, Michael has developed a unique skillset that enables Pioneer to have a specific voice within the industry. As a stocking rep/distributor, he has positioned Pioneer to have a unique niche that can benefit all future potential clients. His extensive product knowledge and industry expertise has led Pioneer Sales into an exciting new direction.
Paul Rogers
For over 11 years, Paul is the general manager and has been overseeing all logistical aspects of Pioneer Sales. As an equipment supplier, his ability to market and strategize new clientele has led to new sectors within the wholesale space. From office to logistics to sales, he provides Pioneer with all the business aspects needed to run a successful company.
Kristen Erickson
With a degree in business management, Kristen’s background in computer systems has helped Pioneer Sales grow for over 17 years. As Pioneer continues to expand, her prowess in accounting and financial bookkeeping leads to a more efficient business.
Andie-Jane Benedict
With a background in office management, Andie-Jane represents Pioneer with a friendly, efficient, and infectious attitude that provides our daily operations with a solid foundation. Her ability to delegate, inform, and process has led to a more effective office setting.
Strengthening our ever-growing customer base with her quick response time and friendly office demeanor, Andie-Jane has quickly become a fan favorite of Pioneer Sales.
Margie Solomon
With over 30 years of product knowledge, Margie’s extensive equipment background helps customers make an informed decision. Her expertise becomes invaluable as the industry continues to evolve and expand.
Jonathan Algarin
Jonathan is our OSHA certified logistics manager with over 12 years of experience in warehouse management. His background in wholesale includes forklift supervision and multi-dock shipping/receiving operations.
Jack Pacino
He also specializes in building long-term partnerships, delivering innovative product solutions, and driving revenue growth across New England.
With his extensive background in the food service and equipment industry, Jack is well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
His deep understanding of both sales and operations allows him to identify and recommend the most effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Chef Will Gifford
He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America where he developed a deep knowledge of food, flavor, and menu innovation.
With a background in fine dining, his expertise has led him to work with food service directors, hotel management, and quick service restaurants.
After working with hotels and schools for high volume banquets and catering, Will has gained the ability to manage complex operations emphasizing his versatility.
In Memory Of
George “Buck” H. Rogers III
May 11, 1949 – February 8, 2024
It is with great sadness that we at Pioneer Sales must report the passing of our founder, George “Buck” Rogers III, who passed away on February 8th, 2024.
Buck started Pioneer Refrigeration in 1972, which later became Pioneer Sales Co., Inc. in 1980. He started in the ice cream industry selling Kelvinator dipping cabinets with his father George Rogers Jr. Buck was a great friend, loving husband, proud father and grandfather. From these humble beginnings, Pioneer Sales just celebrated our 50th year in business in 2022.
Buck, to anyone who ever met him, was the heart and soul of the company but had time for everyone, was always engaged and interested in the people he met. In addition, he had a great intellect and was forever learning new things and developing new ideas. Buck will be missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing him and experiencing his warmth, generosity and creativity that he so freely shared.
Buck leaves behind a loving wife of 48 years, three children who will miss him greatly, as well as five grandchildren, and a legacy that survives through those that he touched and the company he created.
